3. We work under 3 different forms of contract according to the client needs: comprehensive works, administration, and  GMP (guaranteed maximum price) are good examples.

4. In the contracts we agree with penalty clauses for non-compliance of deadlines.

5. Our professionals are trained and updated and are full time in the construction site.

6.In all site works we use personal protection equipment (PPE) and collective protection equipment (CPE).

7. We practice saving resources measures for sustainability.  

8. We apply value engineering concepts to reduce the costs for the client.

9. We developed some software to construction works management, allowing control of the process.

10. Weekly reports are issued to follow-up the works.
