This ensures the compliance with cash flow  according to the construction development,  the correct distribution of each invoice according to the nature of the transaction, company tax status, and payment of fees and taxes.
 

9. supervision of works
The effective monitoring of the works gives the client a free and clear view on the work being  developed, in all aspects: technical, schedule, legal and quality. This work is produced through regular visits to the site, analysis of reports and tests, and strict adherence to local codes.


10. project delivery
Upon delivery, several key issues are addressed prior to final site turnover. This includes: technical commissioning, design as-builts, contract close-outs, punch lists, financial conclusion, warranty packages, and handover to facilities department.
